Process Design Engineer - 002
- Coordination with other departments for process input/output data
- Co-ordination with vendors
- Preparation of Process flow diagrams based on block flow diagrams, Heat & Mass balance
- Preparation of P&IDs
- Performing process calculations like line sizing, pump hydraulics, Relief valve sizing, Heat exchanger design, by using various engineering techniques and software like UNISIM, HYSYS, HTRI & Excel spreadsheets
- Preparation of Process datasheets for different process equipment
- Preparation of different lists like line list, Equipment list, Utility summary list, SM list & Tie-in list
- Preparation of calculation reports etc.
Mid-Level Piping Design Engineer
- Develop detailed piping layouts and designs in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Perform piping stress analysis and ensure designs meet safety and performance criteria.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including process engineers, structural engineers, and designers to integrate piping systems into overall facility designs.
- Prepare material requisitions, specifications, and technical bid evaluations for piping components and systems.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential data and ensure design feasibility.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and drafters as required.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and isometric drawings.
- Participate in design reviews and coordinate with clients and vendors to address technical queries and resolve issues.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, standards, and best practices to enhance design efficiency and quality.
Electrical Designer (AutoCAD & Revit MEP)
- Highly proficient with AutoCAD/Revit as it pertains to the preparation of electrical drawings.
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to layout electrical systems. Able to work as part of a design team in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adhere to new standards and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
- AutoCAD – Candidate should have knowledge about Single line diagram, Lighting, earthing, cable tray, lightning, substation layout
- Revit - Candidate should be able to model substation/MCC room building, cable trays, lighting, supports, panels
