Our engineers understood the client requirements through multiple site visits and challenges that may come during execution being a brownfield project. Major activities done for the client are listed below:
1. Complete survey of plant followed by laser scanning of the factory. 
2. 3D Layout prepared based on scanned output, as built data and physical measurements in absence of as built data. 
3. Workshops with client team to review PIDs, equipment sizing, plant and warehouse sizing.
4. 3D model reviews and generation of clash study reports.
5. Basic drawings for client approval followed by detailing for cost estimation with an accuracy of ± 10% for Gate-3 approval.
6. Dismantling and demolition drawings including rerouting drawings of existing services.
7. Detailed execution drawings
8. Procurement support and contracting strategy
